Taiwanese Rolled Omelet

Ingredients (Serves 2)

1/2 portion Japanese stir-fry radish with ginger
3 eggs
1/2 tablespoon oil
A handful of coriander (stemless)
1/2 piece pollock roe (40 grams)
1/2 tablespoon cooking wine


1. Stir A in bowl and add the eggs. Mix well and add in Japanese stir-fry radish with ginger. Continue to stir until even.

2. Heat up cooking oil on a 20cm width frying pan. Gently add in (1) with the ingredients until it's evenly distributed on the pan. Turn down to medium heat when it's half-cooked. Flip it over and cook the other side. Garnish with coriander upon serving.
