Terms and Conditions:

● Free shipping with min. $80 (for orders made via FANCL Official Website and App). A shipping fee of $7 will be applied to orders with a total value less than $80.

● The company will not be responsible if delivery cannot be completed due to incomplete or incorrect address provided by the Customer. Customer is required to fill in the address on their own.

● For a change of delivery address, date or any other information, please send an e-mail to: enquiry@fancl-sg.com. E-mail must be sent at least one working day in advance before the selected delivery date. We regret to inform that we will not be able to accept any last-minute changes.

● Courier company will deliver the goods to the specified address within the specific time frame.

● Customer to sign on delivery note and provide feedback on service (if any). If damage was found on the goods upon receipt, please contact us immediately.

● Delivery location: Singapore Islandwide, except Jurong Island, army camps, ports, airports, free trade zones or any places such as ship docks, or government restricted areas that requires special or legal authorization for entry.

● FANCL reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice.
