Cleanse face and apply lotion. Tear open and place the mask over the whole face. Pull up the mask on both sizes until you get a perfect fit. Leave for about 5 - 10 minutes, then discard and gently massage any remaining essence into the skin. Use once to twice weekly, or daily if necessary.
